Terms of use

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Setlistr. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you accept them.

The service

Setlistr lets music bands prepare their songs and setlists, and play them on stage. The service is provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of availability or of data retention. It is run personally, on a non-professional basis.

There is no backup: keep your own copy of the content that matters (music sheets, recordings, lyrics).

Your account

  • You provide a valid email address and keep your password secret; you are responsible for the activity of your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app: your data and the files you uploaded are then erased (see the privacy policy).

Groups

  • A group's members can edit the group's content, invite other people and exclude members. Only invite people who agreed to join your group.
  • Any member can ask for a group to be deleted; it becomes permanent after 30 days and can be cancelled during that time.

Your content

  • You remain the owner of the content you add. You give the service the right to store it and show it to the members of your groups, in order to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for the files you upload and the Google Drive documents you link: only share content you have the right to use, in particular with regard to copyright.
  • Linked Google Drive documents stay with Google; access depends on the rights you and the other members have in Drive.

Prohibited uses

  • Posting illegal content, or infringing the rights of third parties.
  • Trying to access other users' accounts or data, disrupting the service, or using it in an abusive automated way.

Suspension and changes to the service

The publisher may suspend or delete an account that does not respect these terms, and may change or stop the service. For an important change to the terms, users are informed by email.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages related to its use.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. For any question, use the feedback button of the app.
